A 39-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Justin Bouldin was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for domestic assault. He must also serve the remainder of his former sentence for violation of probation. He was bound to the grand jury on charges of reckless endangerment, DUI and possession of a firearm during a felony.
• Edward Hicks was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.
• Ignacio Jantes was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $800 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of drugs.
• Clifford Marsh was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Garry Bouldin was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Christopher Stetler was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. He must also pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Ricardo Hernandez must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Juana Acuna, Johnny Goode, Houston Roberts, Lorenzo Dennison, Manuel Dominguez and Tierra Batey must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Arvel Terry must serve 10 days for violation of a bond condition.
