A 14-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:• Leslie Caldwell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI.• Claude Massey was bound to the grand jury for 11th offense driving on a revoked license.• Joni Brown was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of marijuana.• Erica Chavez and Amber Womack were ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Oscar Alfaro was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Angela Merriman must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.• Charlie Mullican was bound to the grand jury on the charge of possession of a handgun under the influence. He entered a guilty plea to violation of the implied consent law for refusing an alcohol test.
