A 49-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Isaiah Burton was ordered to serve 135 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and have his probation extended by six months for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Johnny Ramos was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.• John Helms was directed to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Matthew Sullivan was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $450 plus costs, perform 25 hours public service work and undergo an alcohol and drug assessment for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.• Eric Moore was bound to the grand jury on charges of seventh-offense driving on a revoked license and third-offense violation of the habitual traffic offender statute.• Jason Neusse was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI.• Eric McEntee was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI. He must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by a year for second-offense DUI and violation of probation.• Timothy Smith was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Antonio Valdez was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $360 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.• Chase Judkins must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Rebecca Knight was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $60 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for criminal impersonation and driving without a license.• Trevin Childress, Emily Nunley, Charles Krickel II, Ruben Rivera, Bryan Ferrell and Heather Hunt must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a driver license.
