A 62-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Trinidad Tovar was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• James Puller was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Martin Regis, Mylinda Cox and Angela Rhea were directed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Joshua Pemerton was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Corey Scheidler was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 25 hours public service work for possession of marijuana and driving without a license.• Deborald Evans was fined $10 plus costs for possession of a legend drug.• James Luna was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Gerardo Juarez must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Rigoberto Aldino, Jeffery Allen, Marilyn Easterwood, Juan Lopez, Jose Morales, Darrell Pearson, and Alice Reece were fined $10 plus costs for driving without driver licenses.ClarificationAmanda Jones, convicted of assault on June 11, is not the same person who works at Durham School Services.
