A 71-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Cases not listed were dismissed or continued to a later date. Included in court action:• Sadie Tanner was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jeremy Smartt was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and public intoxication.• Jimmy Russell was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
