A 45-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• David Galaz was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for seventh-offense driving on a revoked license.• Nicholas Goff was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Troy Jennings was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for second-offense driving on a suspended license. He was given another five days for violation of probation.• Joshua Bain was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Terry Barnes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Stephanie Casey was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $20 plus costs for driving without a license.• Kevin Cope, April Slatton and Richard Taylor were instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Johnny May and Misty Martin were instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Cody King was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Stephen Swallows was given an 11-29 probationary sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and was warned to stay out of Walmart for shoplifting and driving without a license.• Terrence Moore must pay $60 plus costs for driving on a suspended license and violation of the open container law.• Miriam Deleon, Holly Muncey, Margaret Pedigo, Claudia Vazquez, Princess Russell and Jesus Martinez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Lucas Stoops must serve 30 days and have his probation extended by three months for violation of probation.
