A 56-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Randal Evans was directed to serve 17 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $553 for joyriding and leaving the scene of an accident.• Theresa Gann was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 and lose her driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Phillip Potter was given a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 32 hours public service work, pay $306, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for underage consumption of alcohol.• Christopher Prosch was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $509 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and failure to appear in court.• Silvia Gomez Moran was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Jesse Betschart and Nelson Hendrixson were both given an 11-29 probationary sentences and must pay $951 and undergo drug and alcohol assessments for simple possession of marijuana.• Bianca Chisam must pay $396 for driving without a license.• Thomas Miller must pay $325 for speeding and driving without a license.• Toby Miller must pay $350 for speeding and driving without a license.• Juan Rodriguez must pay $162 for driving without a license and without a seatbelt.• Gregory Hughes must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Regan Muncey must serve 15 days for violation of probation.
