Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.
Included in court action:
Pablo Gomez was ordered to serve 22 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.
Joshua Hobbs was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.
Josh Graham was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tyler Conover was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus cost and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for simple possession of marijuana.
Dionicio Gutierrez and Mateo Perez must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
Patricia Fulcher was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.
Juan Garcia, Krystal Merriman, Jose Rocha and James Pettigrew must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
James Summer had his probation revoked and was released on time served for violation of probation.
