Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Justin Keener was directed to serve 17 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.Cody Anderson was ordered to serve 11 days of a six-month sentence, pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and resisting arrest.Johnny Parrish was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.Brandon McClure was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.Justin Smith was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $750 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.Holly Muncey was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.Twila Presley was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Edy Gonzalez, Keith McCormick, Dawn Moore, Chasity Poss, Ronafal Reedy, Amanda Hatfield, Kelid Whitaker, Amy Chisam, Edward Hicks and Miriam Deleon were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Danny Anderson must serve 35 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
