Several sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in the first Traffic Court session of 2015. Included in Thursday’s court action:• Stephen Wade was instructed to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,150 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for third-offense DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.• Sam Wooten was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Teofilo Diaz was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Bryson Price was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.• Roxanne Kilgore was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Ashley Stoner was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose her driver license for one year for DUI.• Hayden Holder and Marco Morales were directed to pay $250 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driver license for one year for underage DWI.• Michael Schauman and Shane Gardner were instructed to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences, pay $50 plus costs, and lose their driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Johnny Pack was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Michael Burch was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Richard Goodwin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Juan Gomez, Armando Ruiz, Kaleigh Rainey and Armando Avalos must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Kenneth Toledo must serve 10 days and have his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.
