A 102-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:• Deborah McCormick must serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Ryan Davis was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Lakeland Butcher was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $1,000 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drugs.• Samuel Tanner was instructed to serve 48 hours, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Chester Dove was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and attend DUI class for DUI.• Carlzell Robinson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Karina Castillo and Derek Hubbard must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Joseph Hannah must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Rachel Snider must pay $10 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.The remainder of the cases on the docket were either dismissed, continued, or were minor moving violations settled by fine or safety school.
