The 16th annual Warren County Toy Ride is getting a tune-up. Longtime organizer Rob Wolford is stepping down as Toy Ride chairman and handing the keys to Scott Cantrell and Ron Hillis.“It hurts me to step down because this is something close to my heart and something I really enjoy doing,” said Wolford. “But the stress of it has become too much and under doctor’s advisement I have decided this is best for me for health reasons.
