A teenager faces the prospect of spending most of his life in prison after he allegedly used deception to get young girls alone and rape them. The suspect, Justin Michael Morris, 19, has entered a not-guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to 10 felony counts involving three teen girls. He remains held at Warren County Jail awaiting his trial date Sept. 17.He is charged with six counts of rape, each of which carry eight to 12 years in prison, along with one count of rape and three counts of statutory rape.Police say Morris, who came here from Georgia, targeted girls ages 14 to 17 and looked for opportunities to get them alone.“He hung out in places where younger girls tend to be,” said police investigator Todd Rowland, noting Morris would befriend the girls. “He would use deception to get them alone, sometimes lying about his age.”The six rape counts come from incidents where the victims say he used force or coercion to have sex with them.
