Stolen bicycle leads to arrest

A burglar and bicycle thief was given 210 days behind bars for a mini-crime spree that ended when children identified him as the bike swiper.The man, Oscar Ortiz Miller, 23, entered a guilty plea to charges of aggravated burglary and theft. He also admitted being in violation of his probation for felony theft and simple possession of marijuana. He was directed to serve 210 days of a five-year sentence and had his probation extended by a year.Miller was charged after police took a report revealing a young male had walked up to a Yager Apartment and had taken a bicycle.
