Tennessee man gets 25-year sentence in heroin overdose death

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee man has been sentenced to 25 years in federal prison for selling heroin to a person who died of an overdose. The U.S. attorney's office in Memphis says a judge also sentenced 51-year-old Marvin Foster to three years' probation Tuesday. Prosecutors say Foster, of Halls, sold heroin to Cody Tetleton, who overdosed July 1, 2014.
