NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Police say a teenage girl has been charged with fatally shooting a Tennessee man. Nashville police say in a statement that the 16-year-old girl was arrested Wednesday night and charged with criminal homicide in the Nov. 9 shooting of 74-year-old Ruxin Wang. Police say Wang had gone outside to retrieve a trash can when shots were fired.
