Stanley sentences traffic offenders

Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley sentenced seven defendants for traffic law violations during the most recent meeting of the court. Included in court action:• Javier Espinoza, aka Francisco Vargas, was ordered to serve 150 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,250 plus court costs, perform 60 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for three years for third-offense DUI, criminal impersonation and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Carl Dwight Blankenship Jr., was directed to serve 180 days of a five-year sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for violation of habitual traffic offender status, and violation of the financial responsibility law.• Ryan Martin was instructed to serve 75 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $800 plus costs, perform 60 hours public service work and lost his driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI and fifth-offense driving on suspended license.• Pablo Luna Juarez was directed to serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Joshua Daniel Bain was directed to serve 10 days of a six-month sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 16 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Andrea Shelton Profogle was granted a six-month probationary sentence and must perform 32 hours public service work and pay $500 plus costs for fourth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Hubert A. Figueroa was directed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $100 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
