Nine people were sentenced for failing to take advantage of their second chances, all found in violation of their probation.Included in those sentenced for violation of probation by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley:• Brandi Bain must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation on her prior conviction on charges of delivery of drugs.• Timmie Bain must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of domestic assault.• Peggy Bowdoin must serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Timmy Bunch was ordered to serve 95 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of delivery of drugs.• John W. Davis Jr., must serve 30 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of fifth-offense DUI and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Thomas Glimps must serve 120 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of forgery and theft.• Robin Hale was ordered to serve 60 days for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of forgery.• Tosha Hill was directed to serve the balance of her sentence for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of kidnapping.• Debra Merritt was directed to serve 90 days and have her probation extended by six months for violating her probation on her prior conviction on the charge of theft.• Bobby Stoner was released on time served and had his probation extended by one year for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of harassment by phone.• James Nathan Turner must serve the balance of his sentence for violating his probation on his prior conviction on the charge of contributing to the unruly behavior of a minor.
