Stanley sends drug traffickers to jail

Sentences were handed down by Judge Bart Stanley last week against several drug traffickers and users. Included in circuit court drug sentencing:• Douglas Poss was ordered to serve 270 days of a nine-year sentence, pay $2,000 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for initiating the process to manufacture meth.• Robert Lewis Judkins was ordered to serve 180 days of an eight-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of meth in an amount in excess of .5 grams.• Zachary Justin Bell was instructed to serve 120 days of an eight-year sentence and must pay $2,000 plus court costs for initiating the process to manufacture meth. He will be accepted into the 18-month Drug Court program.• Jeffery Lynn Roberts was instructed to serve 180 days of a four-year sentence and pay $2,000 plus costs for delivery of meth.• Troy Christopher Martin was directed to serve three years in the state penitentiary and pay $2,000 plus costs for promoting the manufacture of meth.
