Stanley hands down sentences

Sentences were handed down by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley in Circuit Court traffic division. Included in court sentences:• Melanie June Brimer was ordered to serve 150 days of a two-year sentence and must pay $100 plus costs for violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Aaron Odineal was instructed to serve 92 days of a two-year sentence and must perform eight hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• Juan J. Rosales was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $10 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Janie Lou Green was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI and reckless endangerment with a motor vehicle.• Ruby Gail Marquez Webb was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Felicia Ann Rittenberry was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $500 plus costs, perform 32 hours public service work and lose her driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• James Brothers was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 40 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Henry McKinley Sanders Jr., was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform eight hours public service work for driving on a suspended license.• Michael Todd Jones must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
