CHEER Mental Health Association held its annual meeting and Bell Ringer Award Banquet last week.The prestigious Bell Ringer Award was presented posthumously for the first time in 41 years. The award was given to Claudine Sproull who passed away April 18. Accepting the award on Sproull’s behalf were her cousin Diane Stanley and her sister-in-law Rachel Kilebrew.Sproull was recognized for her many years of service to CHEER.“Mrs. Claudine was the neatest lady,” said CHEER director Janie Stewart.
