A Warren County High School senior remains hospitalized after he crashed his pickup in DeKalb County on Easter Sunday.Collin Smedley, 18, of McMinnville was airlifted following the single-vehicle crash Sunday morning. Smedley was airlifted to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga.State trooper Chris Delong told WJLE in DeKalb County that Smedley was traveling on Belk Road and was heading toward Warren County when the accident took place. Smedley’s 2006 Nissan Titan pickup reportedly left the two-lane road for unknown reasons, struck an embankment, and hit a utility pole.
