If you’re planning to sit down to a holiday feast with your family, it never hurts to Share in your good fortune.The Standard is currently accepting donations for its annual Christmastime food distribution called Share A Christmas Dinner.The program, started in 1981, has ballooned in size over the years. It was the Nov. 20, 1981 edition of the Standard when an upstart program was announced to the community. Share A Christmas Dinner was unveiled and billed as a food program to help those less fortunate over the holidays.
