Warren County Middle School Interact Club members know it’s better to give than to receive, a saying that’s especially true during the Christmas season. The club raised approximately $1,625 to be divided between seven organizations and another $450 which will be spent on toys to give the Rescue Squad for its annual toy drive.Interact sponsor Susan Barrett said the club is comprised of 163 students in grades 6-8. “All those kids want to help and we let them help. They have worked hard this year raising money to donate.”Money was raised by Interact dues, a dunking booth members had at the Autumn Street Fair, baked goods sold during the street fair, and donations received from Breakfast Rotary and Noon Rotary.
