A 91-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.

 

Included in traffic court action:

 

Jess Pease was ordered to serve an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license. He had his probation revoked and must forfeit his driver license for one year.

 

Brent Hayes was ordered to serve six months and pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.

 

Richard Branscome was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.

 

Joseph Burgess was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

 

Ricky Harper was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.

 

Ruby Almaguer was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.

 

Carol Tipton was instructed to serve 48 hours of six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.

 

Jose Acosta must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

 

Gavin Lewis was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI School, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.

 

Christopher Ashby was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.

 

Jennifer Pursley was directed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended.

 

Jeffery Chandler was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license. He must serve the balance of his former sentence for violation of probation.

 

Nathan McCormick was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.

 

Veronica Martin was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license. She must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court.

 

Guillermo Mendoza was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

 

Maria Suarez and Santos Silguero must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.

 

Martha Saylor must serve 48 hours for failure to appear in court. She must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.

 

Christopher McCall must serve 30 days for violation of probation.

 

Nathan McCormick must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
