Runners race to raise money for autism

The 3rd annual Queens for a Cause Autism 5K and 1-mile walk was held Saturday with approximately 440 people participating. The event raised almost $10,000 to be divided between Autism Speaks, Autism Society of Middle Tennessee, and Petey’s Projects.“I would personally like to thank all our Queens for a Cause team members,” said team member Darlene Bryant. “They volunteer many hours of their time to support autism awareness and I truly appreciate all their hard work and dedication.
