Retired Senior Volunteer Program’s service award ceremony was held Wednesday. The event, dedicated to community service and remembrance of Sept. 11, held a hint of finality for the program. “Our funding for next year is up in the air so I wanted to honor those who have helped with the program, just in case I can’t next year,” said RSVP director Sue Jones.
