Ross hears 63-person docket

A 63-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Travis Delong was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $600 plus costs, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI.• Russell Jennings was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Eusebio Garcia, Minnie Medley, Jane Webb and Jose Hernandez were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Jeff Vandagriff Jr., was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a suspended license.• Lucio Juarez was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Donna Overall was bound to the grand jury on charges of joyriding, vandalism and public intoxication.• Harvey Adkins and Dustin Perry were issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.• Robin Morton was issued a six-month probationary sentence for theft.• Monique Cross was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $100 plus costs and attend anger management for domestic assault.• Heather Duncan must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Adam Cope, Chasity Romero, Aaron Odineal, Virginia Moore, Juan Mejia, Shana Jones, Jose Aguilar and Crystal Holden were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Jared Marsh must serve 90 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
