Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Larry Ross in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Francisco Perez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,681, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Brandon Steele was instructed to serve 15 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $382 plus restitution and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.• Janie Green was bound to the grand jury on the charge of second-offense DUI and simple possession of drugs.• Fernando Hernandez must serve 48 hours and pay $410 for driving without a license and speeding.• Johnny Dawson was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,109, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Scotty Patrick was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.• Marisol Sifuentes was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $451 for driving without a license.• James Nelson must pay $350 for driving without a license and speeding.• Destinee Mayo must pay $304 for driving without a license and without insurance.• Joshua Judkins must pay $360 for driving without a license.• Mario Castorena and Belem Cruz must pay $152 for driving without a license.
