River Park Hospital officials welcomed their first baby of 2012 only one hour into the New Year. Janet Isabella Barrera Luna made her debut at 1 a.m. on Sunday, Jan, 1. The baby girl, delivered by Dr. David Watlington, weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and was 18-1⁄2 inches long at birth.
