McMinnville officials have put on hold an idea to install RV hookups at Pepper Branch Park. The measure was tabled, but not removed from consideration.Local resident Ronald Bare asked permission to address Parks and Recreation Committee members about the measure prior to discussion.He says he and his wife visit the park on a daily basis with their dogs for the natural beauty, which he fears will be reduced with recreational vehicles.“It’s a city park,” said Bare. “When you allow RVs down there, what are you going to block out and what kind of trouble are you bringing with them?
