Local postal carriers are looking to make one very large delivery this Saturday to the Warren County Food Bank. They are asking residents to make canned food donations at their mailbox to benefit the post office’s annual food drive.“Last year and a few years before that, when we went over to the Food Bank the shelves were almost empty,” said postal carrier LaDonna Fann, who is spearheading the food drive. “We want to help the shelves stay full.”Route carriers will be distributing plastic bags this week, as well as cards with information about the collection this Saturday, May 14.
