A man who stormed U.S. Bank in April and chased tellers with a hammer has been sentenced to 10 years in prison.The man, Arlin Pinkard Jr., entered guilty pleas before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to charges of aggravated assault, simple possession of drugs, vandalism and promoting the manufacture of meth. He was sentenced to 10 years in the state penitentiary.He was charged after he walked shirtless into the Chancery Street bank in April and began shouting threats before jumping the counter and grabbing a hammer from a construction zone in the bank. “He walked in and sprinkled powder on the counter saying something bad is going to happen,” said McMinnville police investigator Todd Rowland.
