When it comes to McMinnville streets, crews with APAC-Harrison have been just a pavin’.With 25 streets to pave this fall, McMinnville Public Works director Bill Brock says there has been steady progress.“We’re about halfway there,” said Brock. “We’ve had some excellent weather and I’d say we’re probably about two weeks away from finishing if this weather holds. Then we’ll start again in the spring when the asphalt plant opens back up.Westwood Drive, which is 1-mile long, was paved in one day last Thursday.
