Warren County government will not be accepting a written bid received for the old Morrison School last week. On Tuesday, Dwayne Dowd, owner of Warren Custom, had offered the School Board $80,000 to 100,000 for the former school based on two options. The School Board passed the offer on to the county’s Financial Management Committee.On Friday, Financial Management members voted unanimously to put the school up for auction.
