McMinnville officials are scheduled to discuss the future management of Park Theatre on Tuesday night at 6:20 p.m. The discussion was tabled last month. The management of Park Theatre will be back under consideration by Building and Grounds Committee members Ben Newman, Rick Barnes and Ken Smith. Last month officials considered a request for proposal (RFP) generated by city administrator David Rutherford that would be used in finding an organization to operate the facility.The proposal outlined various details for the organizations to consider, including community involvement, ticket services, maintenance and custodial services, security, parking, stage crew, budget, financial statements, references, city objectives, fiscal plan, etc. The discussion was tabled in order to give Rutherford time to make suggested changes.
