Noah Medley and Kasey Owens were recently named Mr. and Miss Motlow for the Motlow College McMinnville Center.Medley is the son of George and Diane Medley of McMinnville. He is a second-year student with plans of continuing his education at Tennessee Tech. He is a member of the Student Government Association and the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society.
