A woman who was reportedly raising her 1-year-old child in a home where meth was being made has been granted a judicial diversion.The mother, Casey R. France, 19, was granted an eight-year judicial diversion on the charge of attempt to initiate the process to manufacture meth. She was also fined $3,000 plus costs and was placed on the 31st Judicial District Drug Court Program for a two-year period. The program is an intensive rehabilitation program overseen by the local court.
