Eleven years in prison was apparently not enough time for a convicted child molester as he stands accused of taking advantage of another young victim.The suspect, Hank Manuel Moats, 43, is charged with rape and will appear for preliminary hearing March 3. If convicted, he could face eight to 30 years in prison if sentenced as a repeat offender.In his recent case, Moats is charged with molesting an underage girl. This incident reportedly took place outside of the local Walmart store.
