Mayberry earns additional year for vandalizing jail cell

A Warren County Jail inmate had another year added to his sentence after he was caught knocking a hole in his cell wall.The suspect, Nicholas Ryan Mayberry, 24, pled guilty before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke to charges of vandalism, violation of probation, and failure to appear in court. He was directed to serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation plus 10 additional days for failing to appear in court. The vandalism count for his damaging the cell will carry a year on probation once he is released from jail.
