A man says he was forced to take drugs and was robbed by his girlfriend and another man who allegedly made him ingest some kind of liquid before stealing his money and many belongings.The girlfriend, Anissa R. Degroat, 42, of Sparta and Garrett Duggin, 30, both entered negotiated plea agreements to lesser charges of theft and joyriding. General Sessions Judge Bill Locke gave them both 30-day sentences to serve in jail, with the balance of their 11-month, 29-day terms to be spent on probation. They were originally charged with felony counts of robbery and theft over $10,000, for which they could have faced over 10 years in prison.
