Man captured after fleeing courthouse

A Manchester man who ran from the courtroom after the judge gave him 90 days in jail is looking at more time for his escape.The man, Justin Patrick Gaither, 25, is charged with escape for the incident which happened Tuesday beginning in the General Sessions courtroom.According to arrest warrants, Gaither had his probation revoked by Judge Larry Ross. Gaither was on probation for joyriding. Upon learning his probation was revoked and he would have to go straight to jail, Gaither made his move.“As he walked toward the rear of the courtroom he bolted out the rear door,” recalled deputy Alan Roberts.
