Wednesday’s lockdown at Warren County High School was to ensure the safety of all students inside the school. However, it did little to stop the flow of information via cellphone. “They are searching my friend’s locker,” said WCHS senior Ryan Mellons as he checked text messages while he waited across the street in the parking lot of the Driver Testing Center.
