Locke issues sentences

Sentences were handed down Thursday by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Bobby Davenport was ordered to serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Connie Miller was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $272 for driving without a license.• Jonathon Whitman was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Arturo Juarez was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,129, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Maria Arrendondo must pay $304 for driving without a license and without insurance.• Scott Owens, Naomi Beason, Cory Biles, Michelle Goodwin, Shawn Gross, Serafin Guerreo, Jody Jennings, Ellen Prater, Lonnie Richardson, Howard Scott, Shelley Underwood, and Misty Arnold must all pay $152 for driving without a driver license.
