Locke hears 73-person docket

A 73-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Cases not listed were dismissed or continued to a later date. Included in court action:• Shawn King was bound to the grand jury on charges of criminal impersonation, initiating the process to manufacture meth, possession of marijuana, and second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Crystal Parton was ordered to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $1,701 for possession of drugs.• David Beard was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $1,103 for possession of marijuana and driving without a license.• Michael Rhea was given a six-month sentence and must pay $352 for driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.• Miguel Aldavera was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,401, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.• Ashley Barnes and Gregory Fults were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,119, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Anissa Degroat was bound over to the grand jury on charges of DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Pedro Gonzalez was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Tommy White was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Jeremy Spakes was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license.• Monty Jennings was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $504 and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Fabian Juarez must pay $304 for driving without a license or insurance.• Heather Trapp must pay $310 for driving without a license and speeding.• Chelsie Jones, Connie Miller, James Scheidler, Sheri Spencer, Tatum Prater, and Nancy Ramirez must pay $152 for driving without a driver license. • Cynthia Baer had her probation extended by an 11-29 period for violation of probation.• John Simons had his probation extended by an 11-29 period for violation of probation.
