Locke hears 63-person docket

A 63-person docket was heard Thursday by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke. Included in court action:• Hilary Shults was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,631, attend DUI/ Drug Court, and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI, driving on a revoked license and violation of probation.• John Milelr was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,608 and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for simple possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and violation of probation.• Michael Brock was bound to the grand jury on the charge of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Manuel Morales was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Kris Hardeman was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $352 and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Teresa Bell must pay $269 for driving on a suspended license.• Simon Ordway must pay $325 for driving without a license and speeding.• Shawn Edwards was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $568 and perform 16 hours public service work for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21 and public intoxication.• Cynthia Guzman must pay $192 for driving without a license.• Jose Mesia must pay $304 for driving without a license or insurance.• Michael Butcher, Nayeli Ruiz, Dennis Reagan and Martin Carreon must pay $152 for driving without a license.• Joe Elledge was released on time served and had his probation extended by a year for violation of probation.• James Potts must serve 60 days and have his probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
