A 60-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Dale Boyd was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,115, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI school and forfeit his driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Rhonda Nunley was bound to the grand jury on charges of second-offense driving on a revoked license and violation of habitual traffic offender status.• Corey Thomas was bound to the grand jury on charges of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license, violation of habitual traffic offender status, and not having registration or insurance.• Billy Robert was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license and without insurance.• Isaiah Burton was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $354 and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Maria Reed was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $508 and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Charlotte Myers was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $1,170 for possession of a legend drug and drug paraphernalia.• Maynard Irwin was given a six-month sentence but released on time served and must pay $571 for possession of stolen property and driving without a license.• Yolonda Mondragon was directed to serve 48 hours and pay $284 for driving without a license.• Luis Cabrara was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $466 and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption of alcohol and driving without a license.• Shawn Edwards must pay $935, perform 25 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for underage DWI.• Garner Daniels and Marvin Deleon must pay $308 for driving without a license or insurance.• Tyler Ramsey must pay $324 for driving without a license and running a red light.• Christopher Girt and Timonthy Lewis must pay $329 for driving without a license and speeding.• William Bailey, Andre Watson, Robert Smith, Brenda Ruiz, David Rittenberry, Shelia Ortega, Jonathan N. Jones and Haskel Carmack must pay $154 for driving without a license.• Michael Pearson must pay $269 for reckless driving.
