Locke hears 48-person docket

A 48-person docket was heard Tuesday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Court. Included in court action:• Michael K. Jennings was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and attend conflict management for assault.• Adrian Hall was instructed to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for domestic assault.• Amanda Hicks was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence and must make $64 restitution and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Alicia Lea was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make $49 restitution and perform 25 hours public service work and stay out of Walmart for shoplifting.• Robin Holt was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence and make restitution on three worthless checks totaling $67.• Gayle Crystal Brock was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must make restitution on six worthless checks.• Stephanie Johnson was granted a six-month judicial diversion for passing a worthless check for $40.• Martha Hudson was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must make restitution for passing a worthless check for $52.• Brent M. Glenn must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.• Curtis D. Kennerly and Travis E. Myers must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Kayla Rockley had her probation extended by six months and must perform 16 hours public service work for violation of probation.
