Locke hears 42-person docket

A 42-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:• Jamie E. Gillis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,4,11, attend conflict management and has been warned to stay away from the victim for domestic assault and simple possession of marijuana.• Candice Sparks was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $256 and perform 16 hours public service work for shoplifting.• Cassida Dykes, David Speake and Calie Smith must pay $306 and perform 16 hours public service work for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.• Armando Ruiz must pay $212 for driving without a driver license.• Jason Nitzberg was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $352 for driving on a suspended driver license.• Michael Tevyah was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $648 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication.• Sherry Rankhorn must pay $261 for public intoxication.• Chad Barrett must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He also had his probation extended by an additional year.• Julie Moore Studdard had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
