Locke hears 42-person docket

A 42-person docket was heard Tuesday morning by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions arraignment court. Included in the morning session:
• Jamie E. Gillis was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $1,4,11, attend conflict management and has been warned to stay away from the victim for domestic assault and simple possession of marijuana.
• Candice Sparks was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $256 and perform 16 hours public service work for shoplifting.
• Cassida Dykes, David Speake and Calie Smith must pay $306 and perform 16 hours public service work for consumption of alcohol under the age of 21.
• Armando Ruiz must pay $212 for driving without a driver license.
• Jason Nitzberg was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $352 for driving on a suspended driver license.
• Michael Tevyah was instructed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and pay $648 for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and public intoxication.
• Sherry Rankhorn must pay $261 for public intoxication.
• Chad Barrett must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation. He also had his probation extended by an additional year.
• Julie Moore Studdard had her probation extended by one year for violation of probation.
