A 24-person trial docket was heard Tuesday in General Sessions Court by Judge Bill Locke. Included in afternoon action:• William Frazier was bound to the grand jury on charges of theft and burglary.• Brigham Young Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of aggravated burglary.• Jeff Duncan was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $280 and attend conflict management classes for domestic assault. He will ask for a judicial diversion at the end of his probationary sentence which would allow him to have his record erased.• Norval Judkins Jr., was bound to the grand jury on charges of introduction of drugs into the jail, simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
